Regional Day of the Veneto Hills in Collalto

Join us for the second edition of the Regional Day of the Venetian Hills in Susegana, a unique opportunity to discover the lesser-known hillside landscape of our region: Collalto!

The San Salvatore Castle, a historic gem of the area, will open its doors to the public for a special opening on Saturday, March 23rd and Sunday, March 24th. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the castle accompanied by the voice of Princess Isabella Collalto de Croÿ, the owner of the ancient manor, through the use of their own smartphone. Additionally, the noble floor of Palazzo Odoardo will host the photographic exhibition “The Hill is a Gym”, promoted by the Photographic Group of the Archeosusegana Association.

On Saturday, March 23rd at 10:00 am, there will be a meeting open to the entire community at the Council Hall of Susegana Municipality for the presentation of the feasibility study of four trails entitled “Walking in the Hidden Hills of Susegana among Woods and Castles”.

Sunday, March 24th will be dedicated to guided walks, led by historical-touristic and naturalistic guides. It will be a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the history, nature, and landscapes of the hills of Susegana.
